First, the inspection form

Booking a free inspection means telling us your name, a number, your city, what you’re seeing, and anything else you’d like the technician to know. That arrives as an email and is used to set the inspection time and write the quote that follows. It goes no further: not sold, not shared with another company, not kept for a list.

Then the phone

A call to (956) 436-5259 may be recorded and transcribed — where the ants are trailing, how long the roaches have been in the kitchen, kept exactly as you told it so the technician arrives prepared — and so we can review how calls are handled. Texas needs only one party’s consent for that, and we give it. Rather not be recorded? The inspection form reaches the same person.

Then the browser

While you read, Google Analytics counts the visit and the pages and notes any tap on a phone link, using its own cookies to know one visitor from another; Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without any cookie. That is all the measurement there is. Neither is turned into advertising, and no ad pixel, retargeting tag or chat pop-up runs here.

And what never enters the picture

Card or bank details, passwords, accounts. Plan payments are arranged with the technician, not through this site. Whoever hosts the pages and whoever carries the phone line keep their own routine logs, on their own terms.

To correct or delete

Call and ask. It’s done the same day.
