What the quote means, how a plan starts and stops, what a treatment visit does, and where we work. Shorter than a service agreement, on purpose.
The quote after the inspection
Every job starts with a free inspection, and the written quote that follows it is the price. It can change only if the situation on the property is different from what the inspection found — a second colony behind a wall the walk-through couldn’t reach, termite activity that turns out to be broader than the first probe showed — and the revised figure is put to you before any additional work. The prices on the plans page and the mosquito cost page are the ranges quotes come from; the inspection sets your number.
Plans
A quarterly plan begins with an initial service and continues one visit every three months. It renews visit to visit; there is no annual agreement and no fee to stop. Between scheduled visits, a re-treat for a covered pest that comes back is free — that is the whole point of the schedule. Mosquito programs are priced separately after the inspection, because they depend on the yard rather than the house, and they run monthly through the season.
Treatment visits
Products are labeled for residential use and applied to their labels, exterior perimeter first. You’ll get simple re-entry guidance at each visit. An established German roach problem is a two-visit job at minimum, and the quote says so. Rodent work includes the exclusion needed to keep the next family out; where that means sealing an opening on the house, it is done with your agreement.

The technician
This website takes the request and gets it to the technician. The technician who inspects and quotes is the one who treats, and answers for the treatment. If you’d like their proof of insurance confirmed, the inspection is the moment to ask; that’s a fair question for anyone treating your home.
