The Valley doesn’t reset

Most pest-control advice is written for places with a January. Hidalgo County’s subtropical climate doesn’t have one, so the populations never fall back: German roach generations keep turning over in December, the tawny crazy ants that have spread across the Valley over the past decade consolidate rather than retreat, and mosquito season runs most of the calendar. That single fact shapes everything else on this site. A one-time treatment here buys weeks, not seasons, which is why we built the business around a standing schedule instead of panic calls.

Quarterly, with re-treats in between

The core service is a quarterly plan: an initial service, then a visit every three months, with re-treats between visits at no charge if something comes back. Plans renew visit to visit. There is no twelve-month agreement and no cancellation fee, because the free re-treat is the reason customers stay, and a contract that does the retention work is a sign the service isn’t. If a house isn’t being kept clear, its owner shouldn’t be paying us.

What we treat

The Valley’s regulars. German roaches in the kitchen and tawny crazy ants around the AC unit under the general plan. Subterranean termites in warm, irrigated soil. Backyard mosquitoes, treated on the Valley’s long calendar rather than a national one. Roof rats that come for the palms, the citrus, and the attic warmth — trapped, removed, and kept out with exclusion work.

The perimeter does the work

Treatment starts outside — the foundation line, entry points, the cracks and harborage where pests actually live — and moves indoors only where a problem is established. Products are labeled for residential use and applied to their labels, which in practice means targeted placement rather than fogging living rooms. You get plain re-entry guidance at each visit; usually it amounts to letting treated areas dry for about an hour.

What we’ll say before you spend money

• An established German roach infestation doesn’t clear in one spray. Ask any company what the plan is for the second visit; if there isn’t one, you’re buying the first of many one-time treatments.
• Over-the-counter foggers make roach problems worse by scattering nests deeper into walls. Keep the money.
• The most effective mosquito control in the Valley is free: walk the yard after each rain and dump whatever is holding water. The season calendar explains why the March start pays.
